Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Manage audits in coordination with regulatory bodies
- Lead financial planning and analysis for strategic business decisions
- Monitor banking operations, reconciliations, and payment systems
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/IAS) and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with treasury, compliance, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- BS Accounting and Finance, CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA, CMA, or M.Com/MBA Finance
- Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in senior accounting roles, preferably in the banking or fintech industry
- Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
