Account Executive
Manage financial and accounting activities for construction projects to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor project expenses and financial transactions, ensuring adherence to the budget.
· Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
· Track and reconcile project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
· Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for Manager Accounts.
· Manage payroll for construction site personnel.
· Monitor and report on cash flow and manage project funds effectively.
· Ensure compliance with construction industry accounting standards and regulations.
· Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
· Knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
· Previous experience in construction accounting or a related field is essential.
