About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in expense tracking, credit card reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting foundation looking to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily expenses and record all financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile credit card statements and ensure timely payments.
Perform bank reconciliations, and update cash flows.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and assist in closing processes.
Work closely with procurement and HR for expense approvals and reimbursements.
Support in audit preparations and respond to internal/external queries.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and taxation regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of proven accounting experience, especially in expense and CC management.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices in Pakistan.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
