Causeway International is one of Pakistan’s leading pharmaceutical indenting houses, connecting international raw material suppliers with local manufacturers to meet their sourcing needs.
We are looking for a self-motivated Accounting & Recovery Assistant for our Karachi office located in Block 6, P.E.C.H.S. (Off Sharah-e-Faisal).
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management
- Monitor and follow up with customers on invoice payments due to international suppliers (principals).
- Record payments upon receipt and ensure timely, accurate recording.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Generate and send debit notes to principals for organizational revenue recovery.
- Maintain organized records of debit notes and follow up regularly until payments are received.
Internal Account Reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of all amounts payable to and receivable from principals.
- Reconcile internal accounts periodically to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Generate purchase orders (indents) as required.
Experience: Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience
Education: Intermediate / A-Levels (Minimum)
Skills
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
