Job Description:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
- Assist in payables and receivables management.
- Support payroll processing tasks.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACCA Finalist or Qualified
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Knowledge of Xero (a plus but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a desire to learn
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of business acumen
