Fit Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities and support the smooth functioning of office operations during night hours.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain office operations during night shift
- Handle documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and basic procurement
- Assist in internal communication and admin support tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong command of MS Office and email communication
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in admin roles preferred
- Willingness to work night shift consistently
