Financial Management
- Achieving key performance targets and financial budgets set by BM and RAGM pertaining to solicitation of NTBs. Exploring new business opportunities through frequent field visits.
- Making calls to NTBs on daily basis. Moreover, follow-up to be made on existing customers for recovery of Mark-up and Principal.
- Keeping Non-performing Loans at the accepted level.
- Prepare credit cases and follow bank’s laid down credit process till disbursement
Customer Service
- Create a customer friendly experience to ensure customers are facilitated in the most effeicient manner. Help/ assist customer to fill-in application form.
- Maintain relationship with the farmers and use the approach relevant to the stage of collections as per Agri legal & recovery
Manual
- Maintain good relationship and inform borrowers in advance for repayment date.
Liaise On
- Coordinate and update Branch Manager on all business acquisition and recovery.
- Conduct follow-ups and apprise Branch Manager on the productivity achieved on the number of accounts introduced, calls per day and commitments fulfilled.
- Discuss and finalize monthly activities calendar in consultation with the Branch Manager and RAGM Agri

- Graduate (Final transcript must be in hand)
