Position Airport Assistant
Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification High School / Matriculation or equivalent. Additional coursework or certification in airport-related fields is a plus.
Experience Previous experience in airport operations is preferred, especially in ground handling, refueling, or related support functions. Experience in operating mechanical or electrical airport equipment is also beneficial.

- Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is preferred
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical equipment is an advantage
- Prior airport experience will be preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work in remote locations with flexible shifts
- Provide assistance to passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Provide ground support assistance in aircraft ground handling operations, including refueling.
- Provide emergency response and firefighting in case of any emergency at the airport.
- Assist with the installation of portable runway lighting and airport navigational and visual aids.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance.
- Communicate with airline staff, ground services, and camp personnel to ensure efficient airport operations.
- Assist in aircraft ground handling operations, including operating ground support equipment.
- Assist with the handling and tracking of passenger baggage, including loading and unloading.
- Ensure baggage is properly labeled and routed to the correct destination.
- Adhere to all airport safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with maintenance and construction work at the airport.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of airport facilities.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the Line Manager regarding airport operations.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
