Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Optimizer to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listing creation and enhancement, and a strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. This role focuses on increasing organic visibility, enhancing customer experience, and ultimately driving more conversions through optimized listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Creation & Optimization:
- Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Ensure all listings are engaging, informative, and aligned with Amazon SEO best practices.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Implement relevant keywords to improve organic search ranking and discoverability.
- Optimize listings based on competitor analysis, customer behavior, and current trends.
- Should have knowledge about PPC and running campaigns.
Catalog & Content Management:
- Create and manage parent-child variations and resolve listing inconsistencies.
- Merge duplicate listings and ensure proper categorization and attributes.
- Handle listing suppressions, errors, and stranded inventory via case log resolutions.
- Maintain brand tone and content consistency across all product listings.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to suggest and enhance product images and infographics.
A+ Content & Brand Store:
- Assist in developing and optimizing A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for relevant ASINs.
- Ensure content follows Amazon guidelines and enhances brand storytelling.
- Review and update brand storefront design and layout for better navigation and conversions.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor key metrics such as sessions, unit session percentage, and conversions.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure quality and performance.
- Generate reports and suggest continuous improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Amazon listing creation and optimization (12 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazons A10 algorithm, SEO, and keyword strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon policies, category templates, and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of A+ Content, HTML formatting, and product variation management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
