On this journey, you will report to “Lead, Projects”.

Job Description

1. Operational Leadership

• Lead and oversee daily operations across all assigned outlets.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to audit cleanliness, service, inventory, and staff performance.

2. Team Management

• Hire, train, and mentor baristas and staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Develop shift schedules, labor management strategies, and training plans in coordination with team.
• Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development and succession planning.

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered at every location.
• Monitor guest feedback channels and resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism

4. Financial Accountability

• Own the P&L of each outlet and ensure financial targets are met.
• Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and wastage to maximize profitability.
• Work with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control.

6. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Maintain quality control protocols for coffee preparation.
• Implement regular training and audits to ensure compliance.
• Control Wastages and implement initiatives to control all variances and wastage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Seeking an experienced and driven RGM / Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of coffee chain.
• This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level operational oversight with on-ground execution, ensuring consistent quality, exceptional customer experiences, and financial performance across all locations.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
