Job Description :
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment at all times.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service in line with hotel hospitality standards.
- Take orders accurately and handle billing or POS transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
- Suggest drinks and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Comply with health, safety, and food handling standards.
- Support other F&B operations during peak hours as needed.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Basic understanding of POS and billing systems.
