About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the branding and marketing efforts for our clinics. This role focuses on driving patient flow, enhancing service offerings, and building brand awareness across digital and physical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinics.
- Plan health camps, marketing campaigns, and events with providers to increase patient flow.
- Propose new product developments and enhance service portfolios for DHCCs.
- Create IEC materials for patient education and FP counseling for providers.
- Design branding materials and loyalty schemes for clinics based on categorization.
- Develop clinical pharmacy programs in line with regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to boost awareness via social and digital platforms.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and sales estimates.
- Measure and report campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) with Pharm-D or MBBS.
- Experience: 4-5 years in pharmaceutical management, hospital, or healthcare management.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, campaign management, and data analysis skills.
- Other: Enthusiastic with a willingness to travel 4-8 days per month across Pakistan.
