Role Overview
This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and eager to make an impact in the IT industry. The Business Developer will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and closing deals for Hashe Computer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across international markets.
- Present and pitch Hashe’s IT services effectively.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Compensation Structure
- 10% Commission on each deal closed.
- 10% Recurring Commission on long-term/retainer-based business.
- 10% Non-Recurring Commission on one-time projects.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong IT-related knowledge to understand and explain services.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- BBA / MBA / BSCS or a relevant field.
