🌟 What You'll Do
- Lead business development efforts for AMS & Digital Transformation solutions, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Own and manage customer accounts while collaborating with internal sales, engineering, and service delivery teams.
- Identify and develop new clients and market opportunities using our strong portfolio of digital and aftermarket services.
- Build deep relationships with plant management, operations, and procurement teams at key customer sites.
- Work closely with technical teams to define Scope of Services, Statements of Work, and Proposals.
- Serve as a strategic link between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term engagement.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast, using CRM tools and best practices.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to stakeholders.

Provide regular business updates and insights to leadership on sales performance and market trends.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in automation, digitalization, or industrial services.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Understanding of industrial technologies like MES, IoT, XR/VR, and Advanced Analytics (AI/ML).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
- Experience working with or alongside partners such as Rockwell Automation, Microsoft, or AVEVA is a plus.
