HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a highly driven and strategic Partner Business Development Officer for one of our clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development and be capable of managing key partner relationships across regions.
Position: Partner Business Development Officer
Location: Lahore / Karachi - Remote
Salary: 300k – 350k
Travel: Frequent travel required
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute partner-driven market expansion strategies in assigned regions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
- Conduct market research to support decision-making and strategic positioning.
- Organize partner engagement events, activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end partner support, addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
- Analyze partnership performance and deliver regular reporting to management.
- Supervise and coach the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development roles.
- Fluency in English and Urdu with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
