We are seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent for the night shift. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
Working Hours: Morning Shift (11am-8pm)
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 Basic + Commission
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15
