About the Role
We are seeking a highly intelligent, resourceful, and proactive Chief of Staff/Assistant to support PowerTek’s Chief Operating Officer. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position at the heart of PowerTek’s leadership team, offering unparalleled exposure to executive strategy, operations, and client engagements across the U.S, Middle East and Canada.
This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a mission-critical partner who can think strategically, execute tactically, and move mountains on behalf of the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the COO’s right hand; anticipating needs, managing workflows, and supporting executive decisions
- Lead cross-functional follow-ups across internal and client-facing teams to ensure execution against priorities
- Draft, edit, and manage high-level communications, slide decks, proposals, and reports
- Manage the COO’s calendar, travel, and time with ruthless prioritization and absolute discretion
- Own special projects as delegated by the COO, including operational process design, recruitment coordination, or RFP oversight
- Track KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure leadership meetings are productive and action-oriented
- Act as liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders; including partners, utility executives, and government clients
- Operate with complete confidentiality and sound judgment at all times

- Exceptionally organized, intellectually sharp, and driven to make things happen
- Able to context-switch effortlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Unafraid of ambiguity, capable of building structure where none exists
- Clear, concise, and professional communicator (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable working directly with C-level leaders and high-profile stakeholders
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and capable of learning industry tools quickly
- Strong business sense, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, energy, or consulting sectors
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years in a high-performance support
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic exposure a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex priorities with poise and precision
