Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
supervise Outpatient Management System related to executive, corporate and US immigration clinic scheduling, appointments, registrations, clinic cancellations and appointment confirmations
supervise and monitor performance of clinic Receptionists at the assigned clinic for effective functioning and keep the supervisor informed on a daily-basis
prepare, review and dispatch all periodic reports to relevant stakeholders
build good rapport with physicians and patients, and coordinate with doctors, nursing and administration for addressing and resolving day-to-day problems to facilitate patient care related to Urgent Care, executive, corporate and US immigration
provide protocols, handle and resolve high profile patients’ queries and problems by taking periodic rounds as well as meeting them to ensure smooth functioning of clinic and keeping customers satisfied with the overall services provided to them
actively participate and execute marketing plans for Urgent Care, corporate, US immigration and executive services.
Conducting Cash audits and audit trails
Requirements:
You should have:
at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent while having a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
at least three years of related experience, preferably including at least one year of supervisory level experience in service or healthcare industry
good interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate in English and effectively manage people
good problem solving skills and ability to cope-up with work pressure and stressful situations
ability to multi-task and exhibit courteous behavior
willingness to work in shift duties.
