Job Role / Responsibilities: You are required to:- developing and conducting courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in-service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing staff
- conducting needs analysis for the nursing and patient care skills required by the staff
- preparing learning experiences to share with staff in academic sessions
- conducting post-evaluations for the effectiveness of learning by the staff
- certifying and supervising the clinical performance of the interns and staff
- performing the required clinical tasks depending on the patient acuity.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:You should have:
- a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- at least 1-2 years of experience in critical care area
- hands on skill on ventilator, CRRT dealing and hemodynamics monitoring American Heart Association certified BLS / ACLS Instructor
- preferably post-basic course in at least one clinical specialty
- at least three years’ experience of clinical teaching as well as clinical practice
- excellent knowledge of nursing practices
- good interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with people
- willingness to work in morning, evening and night shifts.
