Responsibilities:
You are required to:
- review clinical objectives and expected outcomes of clinical experience
- review hospital policies and protocols
- plan student learning needs and assignments in collaboration with the supervisor
- demonstrates knowledge, comprehension, and compliance of the community settings, as well as ability to enforce them
- demonstrates a sincere desire to continually improve and upgrade the skills and knowledge of the students through pre and post conferences
- assess the skills and competency of students through direct observation
- participate in programme planning and evaluation activities related to the clinical aspects
- participate in the ongoing development of competencies, capabilities, technology and the resources needed to achieve high standards of efficiency and effectiveness
- encourage a positive environment and experience for co-workers, students and clients.
Requirements:
You should have:
- at least a BScN degree, with a minimum of two years clinical experience
- a valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- clinical competence as a professional nurse and an effective role model
- sound conceptual knowledge of nursing and ability to integrate theory into practice.
