Job Summary:-
As an Closer (International Sales Executive), you will play a key role in converting inbound leads into loyal clients by understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound leads and attend booked calls as scheduled in your calendar.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close deals efficiently and meet the required close rate of 60%.
- Follow up aggressively with leads who have ghosted, missed calls, or remain unresponsive.
- Maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients during calls.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an international or inbound sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus.
