- Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients, and a strong track record in lead generation within fast-paced environments. Experience in the IT managed services sector (helpdesk, cybersecurity, networking) is a significant advantage. This role plays a key part in initiating client relationships and supporting the company’s overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients daily.
- Generate and qualify leads through structured scripts and customized outreach.
- Clearly present company services and value propositions; handle objections confidently.
- Book qualified appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Keep detailed lead records and follow-up activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and targeting strategies.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, client pain points, and competitive offerings.
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
- Background in IT services (helpdesk, networking, cybersecurity) is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication (spoken and written) skills.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to handle objections and close leads.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or with a team.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator.
