Customer Sales Representative (CSR) - UK Outbound Campaign
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls.
- Qualify potential customers and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to B2B customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pro efficiently speak English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Relocate in Rawalpindi.
- Able to work in the time frame of 2pm - 11pm.
