Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Specialist to join our car exporting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients based in the UK and Ireland. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients in the UK and Ireland via phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Understand client needs and provide them with suitable car export solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auto trade or international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
