Location: Onsite – Rawalpindi
Shift Timing: USA Shift (05:00 PM to 02:00 AM PST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
- Email correspondence and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Call Center / CSR roles (preferably B2C or international campaigns).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and a team player.
ompensation:
