Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are actively seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at our North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in spoken English. Candidates with command over Excel and prior call center experience will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls promptly and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns
- Cater to customer demands according to their specifications
- Skillfully de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Graduate level of education
- Proficiency in spoken English (Preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening abilities
