- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role (chat support/customer service).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer systems and chat software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet response time targets.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
