We are seeking a Detail-Oriented and Organized Data Entry Specialist (Entry-Level) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start their career in data management. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Accuracy and efficiency are essential, as you’ll handle critical information regularly. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and committed to ensuring data accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
- Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring everything is correct.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical files for easy access.
- Assist with processing data entry requests from different departments.
- Perform basic data audits to help maintain data integrity.
- Support other departments with data reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality of data and comply with privacy regulations.
- Handle incoming queries related to data entry and assist where needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and faxing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Basic experience in data entry or any administrative role (internships or part-time work counts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick to learn new software and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any experience with data entry software or CRM tools is a bonus (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
