Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, firewalls (pfSense/OPNsense), VPNs, and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Administer Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and ensure backups and disaster recovery with tools like Veeam.
- Oversee IT support operations, vendor management, audits, and compliance with IT policies and SOPs.
- Lead IT projects, monitor performance, maintain documentation, and drive system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience
Education: At leastBachelor’s degree in IT
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Expert in installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems.
- Ability to prioritize the tasks and resolve issues on timely basis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management abilities.
