Role
We are looking for a DevOps Support Consultant to join our 24/7 support operations team. This role requires strong communication skills, basic cloud platform knowledge (Azure/AWS), and familiarity with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should be proactive in troubleshooting issues, maintaining system availability, and ensuring smooth cloud infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support to the customer within the night shift
- Monitor cloud-based systems and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
- Work with Linux and Windows environments, including basic server and database administration.
- Collaborate with platform owners to identify and implement monitoring requirements.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support deployment automation.
- Assist in log analysis and incident management for system stability.
- Follow best practices in DevOps.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and monitoring solutions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps support/monitoring role.
- Basic hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Good understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
- Understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- AWS/Azure certifications (Associate/Professional level) are a plus.
