Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Lead is a senior role within CureMD’s digital marketing team, responsible for driving data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance the company’s digital presence, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics to shape digital strategies and optimizing performance across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Lead will lead a team and work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing team is working in alignment to achieve business growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the senior leadership to development and execution digital marketing strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and provide accurate data for decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing management, sales management, and cross-functional teams to set measurable goals for digital campaigns, aligning them with broader business objectives and providing strategic direction.
Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities in performance data, providing recommendations to improve marketing ROI and drive digital engagement.
Oversee A/B testing initiatives across digital campaigns, utilizing test results to refine and evolve digital strategies for maximum impact.
Direct SEO and SEM optimization efforts through in-depth performance analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of website traffic, ad performance, and lead generation.
Leverage advanced marketing tools to observe user behavior across the different buyer journey touchpoints to optimize the experience for lead generation.
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance and to adjusting campaigns to maximize results.
Mentor junior team members, support their development and ensure career growth within the team.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that CureMD’s digital strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on data-driven marketing.
Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid media analytics.
Experience in leading A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work onsite in US timings.
