Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to customize and extend our Customer Engagement (CE) platform. You will be responsible for implementing features across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules while ensuring seamless integrations and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions
- Integrate CRM with other systems using REST APIs and OData
- Perform deployment, testing, and documentation of custom features
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse (CDS), C#, and JavaScript
- Experience in solution packaging, environment management, and plugin development
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and version control practices
