Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and creative E-Commerce Marketing Executive to manage and grow our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on email marketing via Klaviyo, audience segmentation, merchandising, and driving sales through data-led campaigns. This person will play a key role in customer retention, conversion optimisation, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Design and send regular campaigns and mailshots using Klaviyo (product launches, promotions, reminders)
- Create and optimise automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase)
- Build and refine customer segments for personalised targeting
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximise open rates and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion)
Segmentation & CRM Strategy
- Develop detailed customer segments based on behaviour, order history, and engagement
- Build targeted campaigns based on lifecycle stages (new, lapsed, loyal)
- Work with product and e-commerce teams to tailor content based on audience
Merchandising & Promotions
- Coordinate homepage banners, featured collections, and promotional landing pages
- Align product presentation with current campaigns and seasons
- Suggest and plan site-wide promotions, bundles, and product highlights to increase AOV and conversions
- Track stock levels and pricing to ensure active campaigns promote available products
Sales Growth & Strategy
- Analyse past campaign performance and site behaviour to plan new sales strategies
- Collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to align messaging across channels
- Identify underperforming product categories and recommend marketing actions to boost their visibility
Additional Marketing Responsibilities (Optional Based on Skillset):
- Oversee basic social media planning or liaise with the social media team
- Coordinate with influencers or affiliate programs
- Monitor Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Klaviyo data to guide marketing priorities
