About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant with experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), specifically in medspa or wellness clinic environments. You should be comfortable navigating EHR systems to extract key information and manage data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and organize client or patient information from EHR systems
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, CRMs, or internal tracking tools
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Communicate with internal team members to clarify or verify details
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant data practices at all times
Requirements:
- Experience working with EHRs used in medspas or wellness clinics (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, Jane, etc.)
- Familiarity with medspa/wellness services and terminology
- Strong data entry and organization skills
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Background in a medspa, wellness, or aesthetic care setting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy practices

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
