Job Opening: Embroidery Manager – Women’s Fashion Brand
Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Our client, a leading name in Pakistan’s women’s fashion industry, is seeking an experienced Embroidery Manager to oversee and streamline its embroidery operations for both unstitched and ready-to-wear lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end embroidery process, ensuring quality and timely execution
Manage outsourcing of embroidery work to external vendors and karigars
Oversee punching of embroidery designs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product requirements
Supervise sampling and production, ensuring consistency in embroidery standards
Coordinate closely with design and production teams to meet delivery timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in embroidery management within the fashion or textile industry
Strong knowledge of punching, outsourcing, and various embroidery techniques
Proven ability to manage vendors, artisans, and in-house teams
Excellent coordination, planning, and quality control capabilities
Familiarity with production workflows in mid to large-scale fashion retail
