Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced "Employee Engagement Specialist" to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, employee satisfaction, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve retention across the organization. This is a mid to senior level role, ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal employee communication related to engagement activities.
- Analyze employee feedback and work with leadership to implement improvements.
- Organize and manage events including birthdays, milestone celebrations, learning sessions, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Partner with HR to support employee surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
- Develop reports on engagement metrics and suggest data-driven strategies.
- Create and manage budgets for engagement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and integration efforts for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence with employees to foster trust and openness.
