Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ERP Implementer to manage the end-to-end implementation, customization, training, and support of our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to ERP system functionalities.
· Configure ERP modules based on business needs.
· Coordinate with development teams for custom module development if required.
· Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.
· Provide training to end-users and prepare user manuals/documentation.
· Support go-live activities and ensure smooth transition to the new system.
· Offer post-implementation support and updates as needed.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
· Monitor and evaluate system performance to recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
· Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP implementation custom made ERP.
· Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, inventory, and HR.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Fluent in English and Urdu.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ERP certification or training in any ERP platform.
· Experience in client-facing roles and support.
Experience in Pakistani business environments or industries.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
