What is Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech + Team Structure?
The Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech is part of the Quality Assurance team under the Digital Healthcare vertical. This role reports directly to the Manager Quality Assurance – HealthTech and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners.
What does Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech do?
- Conduct thorough evaluations and audits of HealthTech’s digital and partner healthcare services, ensuring compliance with clinical and service quality standards.
- Assess customer journeys for lab bookings, pharmacy orders, surgery scheduling, and telemedicine consultations.
- Identify process gaps, capture and address patient pain points, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Develop and execute Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and collaborate with training teams for staff and partner development.
- Analyze healthcare and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the Manager Quality Assurance in vendor performance management, audits, and quality reviews.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Prepare and share regular reports and insights into clinical and service quality with relevant stakeholders.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech?
Requirements:
- MBBS/MD or equivalent degree (mandatory) with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
- At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, clinical audit, or hospital/clinic operations.
- Working knowledge of digital healthcare platforms, clinical workflows, and customer experience best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
