Job Type: Remote ( Female tutors )
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive English Online lessons for students of varying levels.
- Be available online from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan time, regardless of class scheduling, as classes can be assigned anytime during these hours.
- Utilize online teaching tools and platforms effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a professional and friendly online presence to foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in teaching English online to international students.
- Availability during the specified hours (8:00 PM - 1:00 AM Pakistan time) with reliable internet and a functioning laptop.
- Ability to manage and engage students in a virtual classroom setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt lesson plans as needed.
Dress Code Policy for Online Classes:
Participants are requested to maintain a professional and presentable appearance by wearing solid-colored attire. Hijab is respectfully permitted as part of the dress code. However, for clear identification and effective communication, niqab (face covering) is not allowed during online sessions.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay, based on the number of teaching hours.
