Job Timings: 1PM-9PM
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Overseeing the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Training: Developing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees.
Compensation: Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, and managing payroll.
Performance: Monitoring employee performance and attendance, and providing feedback.
