Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Overview:
As Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial reporting and analysis function at Mintech Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
o Calculate costs associated with products or services
o Analyze cost variances and identify areas for improvement
o Prepare and manage budgets for products or services
o Forecast costs and provide insights for decision-making
o Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor effectiveness

o Process and verify supplier invoices
o Prepare and process payments to suppliers, vendors, and contractors
o Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
o Reconcile vendor statements with company record
o Prepare and send invoices to customers
o Monitor and manage customer credit limits
o Reconcile customer statements with company records
Qualifications:
- Education: BCom/MCom/ACCA finalist/BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience with a strong preference for experience in the commodities trading sector.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
