We are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Front Sales Executive to help us achieve ambitious revenue targets through platforms like Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and others. If you're a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across Upwork,, LinkedIn, and similar freelance platforms.
- Craft persuasive, customized proposals aligned with each client's project requirements.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to convert leads into secured projects.
- Conduct discovery calls and maintain effective communication to understand client needs and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to align sales strategy and maximize conversions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in front-line sales, bidding, or client handling on freelance platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proposal writing and negotiation
- Client relationship management
- Attention to detail
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and basic tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
