Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Laravel (PHP)
- Build and maintain dynamic frontend interfaces using React.js (MERN stack)
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs
- Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for scalable data storage
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Implement modern development workflows (CI/CD, Git, testing)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (including Eloquent, Queues, Jobs, Middleware)
- Solid expertise with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- Proficient in writing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of MySQL and MongoDB database design
- Experience with authentication/authorization systems (JWT, OAuth)
- Knowledge of Git and modern version control practices
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean
- Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets is a plus
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.
- Having good communication and managerial skills
