About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who has hands-on experience in podcast editing, presentation design, and expert-level Photoshop skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring ideas to life visually across digital content, social media, and brand campaigns—while also being proficient in audio-visual storytelling and layout design.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Editing:
- Edit raw podcast audio and video files for clarity, flow, and engagement
- Add intro/outro music, transitions, and sound effects
- Create video snippets from podcast episodes for social media (YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality sound and visual standards
Graphic Design:
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, ads, and print
- Create brand-aligned visual assets including infographics, banners, carousels
- Develop presentation designs (PPT/Keynote) that are clean, visual, and professional
- Use Photoshop for advanced image editing, mockups, and composites
Video Editing:
- Edit videos for campaigns, social media, YouTube, and client projects
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations using After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form engaging clips
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling tone across all media
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools
- Experience editing video and audio podcasts
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving
Work Shift and timings - It will be a night shift from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
