About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise across a broad range of design disciplines, including branding, social media, UI/UX, and print media. This role requires someone who is both conceptually strong and exceptionally excellent capable of transforming ideas into visually engaging content that aligns with brand goals and delivers impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logo Design: Create original, impactful logo concepts that communicate brand identity and values.
- Social Media Design: Design engaging, on-brand content for various social platforms including posts, banners, reels/thumbnails, and ads.
- Company Profile: Design well-structured and visually appealing company profiles and corporate decks.
- Visual Identity: Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across all media, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual aesthetics.
- Print Media: Design print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and packaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to deliver aligned and creative outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven design experience in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- UI/UX design experience with knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
