About the Role
As the Head of Project Management, you will lead and oversee all aspects of project execution within TriVA Global. You will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our clients expectations. You will manage a team of project managers, ensuring that projects run smoothly, clients are satisfied, and business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Project Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement project management strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all projects across various teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and objectives for the team.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance across projects.
Client Relations & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all client requirements are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee client reporting, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Implement best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
- Lead the effort to ensure all projects follow the established quality assurance processes.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues within projects and proactively address them.
- Implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, design, and development to ensure projects are executed as planned.
- Ensure alignment between the project management team and other areas of the business to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with client-facing roles and delivering high-level presentations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
