What is HR Business Partner?
As an HR Business Partner, you play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business goals by addressing workforce challenges, enabling transformation, and driving key HR initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (CXO -2/3/4) across your assigned division, ensuring that all people-related decisions and interventions reflect Jazz’s values, culture, and strategic direction.
What does HR Business Partner do?
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, identifying people-related opportunities and risks, and shaping solutions in collaboration with HR teams and Centers of Expertise
- Drive execution of core HR frameworks; Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation Reviews, Headcount Planning, and Employee Engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Use data and workforce analytics to deliver proactive insights and support strategic workforce planning that contributes to business outcomes.
- Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture by embedding effective change management and employee engagement practices.
- Lead resolution of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with Jazz’s Code of Conduct and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with CoEs to co-design scalable, business-aligned HR interventions tailored to functional needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders by offering business-relevant HR advice and challenging the status quo to support transformation agendas.
- Contribute to organization effectiveness and leadership capability by identifying talent needs, succession risks, and development gaps.
- Conduct regular regional visits to gain deeper business understanding and strengthen on-ground impact.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be HR Business Partner?
Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR; 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partnering capacity.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate them into people strategies.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across senior levels.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and HRMS platforms.
Solutions-oriented thinker who brings creativity and innovation to complex business problems.
Excellent communication skills; able to craft clear, concise, and strategic messages for varied audiences.
Experience working in high-growth, agile environments such as technology, fintech, or start-ups is a plus.
