Job Responsibilities:
•Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
•Maintain employee records and HR databases
•Support payroll processing and benefits administration
•Coordinate training and development programs
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
•Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues
•Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•3 years of HR experience preferred
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
