We are looking for HR Executive to support our Bahawalpur office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment support, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for local hiring.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Coordinate with central HR teams for policy implementation and compliance.
Assist in performance review and documentation processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1+ year of relevant HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
