Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance reports).
- Handle HR documentation, contracts etc
- Assist in policy development.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and provide solutions in alignment with company values.
Requirements
- Study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 Month- 1 years of executive-level experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and Recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preference - Male Candidate
Location gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18
Office Hour (4pm to 1am) evening shift
Nearby Residents will be preferable ( only apply if you are working in evening shift)
Salary ( 25000-30000) based on experience
